I am not a prolific artist who gets up every morning and shoots art everyday all day. I have to develop an idea first, one that I feel. I then build the shot from shopping for props & looking for models to as I am looking through the camera. I find that when I have a complete vision of just how the shot will look it often fails to work.

I work in several types of photography, the main two are in complete contrast to one another. My nudes are created to show form and to get the viewer thinking. I like my work to be provocative and thought provoking. I choose models from women who are very real, not the perfect body. The human form is sensuous, there is something beautiful in all the women I shoot. The other side to my art is toys from my childhood. I shoot my still lifes to show warmth, texture, and to draw in the viewer with lighting. My goal is for every viewer to get something different.
