Cardiff, the capital of Wales and its surrounding catchment area is the home to many university and college campuses. Each year in June the graduation ceremonies take place in St. David’s Hall in the center of the city. For several consecutive days the new graduates with their families and friends in tow flood in to receive their diplomas. After the ceremony  they spill out in to the streets outside wielding their cameras to capture the moment.
