"Tree" is a representation of the earth's role as mother of life. By capturing the reflection of the winding branches of the living tree, it hopefully demonstrates not only the functional role of her springing forth life in this world, but also the unabashed nurturing the female provides to our planet. Much of my photography focuses on the human form and the landscape. But here, adding the window frame gives us a "picture" of that to underscore the point. And she is open to all to see.
