SKIN 2003 part 2 index

At the time this painting was created, I had become interested in the works of René Magritte. I like the idea of mixing humor with erotic elements; to create a picture that the viewer can wonder about, to search for meaning, and hopefully discover the whimsical nature of the piece. My goal is to capture the innate human spirit and reveal a provocative narrative between the subject and its surroundings.
