The Red Curtain photographs are part of a visual study examining the potential narrative relationship between object and space. I became interested in making these photographic tableaus after I saw an illustration by Russell H. Tandy in "Message in the Hollow Oak" a Nancy Drew book. The photographs were made in March of 2003 using a 4x5 view camera. |
