SKIN 2003 part 2 index

In these new images I've been working with body painting for using symbols to escape pure reality, and I've explored the part we have inside of us of sacred creatures, and also of animal creatures at the same time. I've represented the sacred with the mythological metaphor, and the animal in the gesture and tensions that will guide Mercuria to copulation, and changes in her body.
